Chefs Abdoo and McBride welcome Chef Lilly into their critically-acclaimed restaurant, Pig Beach, that has garnered a four-star review from The New York Times to create a once-in-a-lifetime BBQ feast. You’ll taste what happens when Pig Beach’s tired and true BBQ technique full of worldly influences combines with Alabama style barbecue – the birthplace of white barbecue sauce, and the city which focuses on pork served with a tomato base sauce.
