Chef Esther Choi of mōkbar, the lauded Korean restaurant in New York and a regular Food Network personality, will bring traditional Korean tastes with modern twists to the table. But just to give this an added, delicious twist, we’ve invited dynamic celebrity chef Bryan Voltaggio, the master of Mid-Atlantic cuisine to join Chef Choi in the kitchen. These two accomplished and daring chefs will create a tasting menu of culinary mash-up of oceanic epic proportions. There might not be a better way to spend a Thursday evening than in the company of these two talented chefs, eating what might be your best meal of the year.
