A Brilliant Bistro Dinner with a Celebrated French Chef

Some facts about Chef Alain Ducasse: the French-born chef currently holds a collective 20 Michelin stars; He was the first chef to ever have restaurants with three Michelin stars in three different cities at the same time; and he is going to cook for you! The dinner will celebrate the 15th anniversary of his renowned Midtown bistro, Benoit, modeled after the original in Paris, that has been wooing and wowing diners since it first fired up its burners in 2008.

Ducasse has invited some of his closest and well-known chef friends to join him to create a French feast for this occasion. Some of those chef friends who will be here, spatula in hand, include:

• Emma Bengtsson, the chef of Michelin starred Scandinavian superstar restaurant, Aquavit
• Jean Francois Bruel, the corporate chef for Daniel Boulud
• James Kent from Michelin two starred, Saga
• Eunji Lee from the acclaimed pastry boutique, Lysée

• Alberto Marcolongo, the executive chef of Benoit
• Stefano Secchi, the executive chef of cutting-edge Michelin Italian eatery, Rezdora
