A Shucking Good Time

Cast your gaze and appetite toward the Meatpacking District and join us at our annual oyster-ific event: the annual Oyster Bash hosted by lauded chef and Food Network star Tyler Florence. This bivalve bonanza showcases oysters in all their glory—from baked to fried to roasted to straight-up raw and delicious on the half-shell.

The Standard Biergarten, located right under the High Line, is your oyster for this marvelous mollusk-laden walk-around event. East Coast oyster farmers will be in attendance, shucking away at oysters like there’s no tomorrow. To help those oysters slide down easier, the event will feature ample amounts of beer, wine and cocktails.
