Longtime “Chopped” judge and “Season with Authority” cookbook author, Marc Murphy is trading the judges’ table for the dining table as he headlines an exciting Demo & Dine event at his brand new MM Kitchen Studios, a cutting-edge demo kitchen.
Chef Murphy lit up the Manhattan dining scene with his Tribeca restaurant Landmarc, which won rave reviews for its eclectic take on French and Italian cuisine. At this Demo & Dine, you’ll get to see Murphy in action, as he demonstrates how he makes some of his most classic dishes. And best of all, when the cooking is done, you’ll get to partake in this epicurean feast.
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
