Clevie Henry

Clevie Henry is a Saint Lucian born chef who shares his passion through creative food. With experiences stemming from private villas, food outlet market, restaurant, prestigious hotels, and country club such as Royalton, Sandals, Club Méd and Piping Rock Club, he has grown from a Chef de Partie to Chef de Cuisine and now, the Chef and Kitchen Manager of Multiple Footprints Café Restaurants in New York. His cooking style represented by his love for French cuisine and experiences working with renowned chefs Orlando Satchell, C.E.C, C.C.E Valmont Brown and Blake Verity. He has an outstanding educational background in food and beverage operations and business management. Clevie has taken part in national and regional competitions and has been featured in magazines, cookbook publications and radio shows across the Caribbean Islands. Here at the Home of the Rasta Pasta, he intends to elevate Caribbean cuisine and empower employees, giving them the same opportunity to living their American dream!
