With a cool, sophisticated, yet casual new vibe that locals are flocking to and even tourists are getting wind of, one of NYC’s top contemporary Mexican restaurants is helmed in the kitchen by chef Eduardo Santos, who has worked in Michelin starred restaurants. Chef Santos ambitiously creates his menu based on Mexican traditions and flavors from all over Mexico, as opposed to the more traditional regional only cuisines. There is no fear or limits in this ground-breaking kitchen.
