Franco Noriega is a multi-talented chef, model and entrepreneur. Born in Peru, Franco’s journey to success has been marked by a passion for culinary arts and an unwavering determination to follow his dreams.
From an early age, Franco showed a natural affinity for cooking. Inspired by his Italian mother’s delicious homemade meals, he developed an innate curiosity for ingredients, flavors, and techniques. As he grew older, Franco’s passion intensified, leading him to pursue formal culinary training at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan in 2015
In addition to his culinary ventures, Franco Noriega is also an entrepreneur. In 2017, he opened his first restaurant, Baby Brasa, in New York City’s West Village. Baby Brasa offers a contemporary take on traditional Peruvian and Latin American Cuisines, showcasing Franco’s culinary prowess and his commitment to using organic, locally sourced ingredients. Since then he has opened an Italian Restaurant named Tivoli Trattoria and Fellini Coffee also in the West Village. He also has a catering division that manages 6 restaurants brands and serves more than 2000 people daily
