Behind the continuous success of our Company is Founder, Chef Robert Crawford. His passion for delighting people with hearty, savory meals inspired him to create his own business. From East Harlem, NY, a Graduate of Monroe College in the Bronx. He continued his studies at Baylor University in Waco, TX, where he received a certificate in Entrepreneurship.
After Training in Louisiana for over 7 years, Chef Rob made a crucial mistake hanging with the wrong people, which cost him nine years in a Federal Prison on a gun charge. Once released, he returned to New York to pursue his passion and become a Chef.
As he re-entered society, Chef Rob couldn’t find a job, so he then created one in Noel’s Kitchen. He then started catering from his mother’s kitchen, and as sales grew, he built Noel’s Kitchen into a Full-Service Restaurant and Bar in Brooklyn, NY, which was successful for six years. After closing the Restaurant, Chef Rob created Robert Crawford & Associates Inc. so that his love for Travel, Culinary Arts and Happy Clients could flourish.
Chef Rob specializes in multiple Cuisines like Cajun, Creole, Soul, Southern, BBQ, French, West Indian, Latin, Italian, and Classic American.
His only child, his daughter Sarah is his inspiration and his Heart. He says his daughter Sarah is “The Best Dish I Ever Made.”
