Ryan Hardy is Executive Chef/Partner at The Delicious Hospitality Group, which includes restaurants Charlie Bird, Pasquale Jones, Legacy Records, Ada’s Place and Easy Victory Café. Ryan worked at acclaimed restaurants in San Francisco, Martha’s Vineyard, Santa Fe and Aspen before opening his first New York City restaurant, Charlie Bird, with Sommelier Robert Bohr in 2013. He opened Pasquale Jones in February 2016 with partners Robert Bohr and Grant Reynolds, followed by Legacy Records in March 2018.
