It’s not a real pizza party unless you’re the one flipping the dough. At this hands-on pizza-making class, held in Greenpoint you’ll learn the pizza-making process from dough to dish and everything in between. The class, is led by Brooklyn-born Michael Ayoub, a 45-year-pizza-making veteran and owner of acclaimed Brooklyn pizzeria Fornino, which is credited with helping to kickstart the artisanal pizza revolution in New York City about 20 years ago. And you’ll get to make your pie and eat it too! The last step of the day’s recipe may be the best: you’ll get to feast upon the fruits of your own tomato-and-cheese-topped labor.
