When Rezdôra opened its doors in Spring 2019 in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, the Italian dining scene in New York City was immediately better. That’s because Chef Stafano Secchi, who was fresh from the kitchen at Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, perhaps the most highly praised Italian restaurant on the planet, was the top toque in the kitchen. In his three-star review, The New York Times restaurant critic, Pete Wells, said “Mr. Secchi is still one of the most appealing in years to enter the city’s Italian restaurant scene.” And now a small-group of NYCWFF guests can take a master class in pasta making at this lauded and still-hard-to-get-into restaurant.
Spend the morning with Chef Secci and walk away with some new skills in making pasta by hand and a taste of one of the hottest Italian restaurants in the city.
There will be wine, beer and cocktails to help quench your thirst from all that flour and dough.
